At Jana Seva Sangh’s Shri Ram College is available to students for all types of workouts, including strength and cardio. There are qualified and skilled trainers on hand to help students reach their fitness objectives in a safe and efficient manner. Free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, and areas set apart for functional training and stretching are just a few of the many training alternatives available at the gym. Furthermore, students have access to a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, spinning, aerobics, all of which are designed to accommodate their hectic academic schedules.
Our first goal is to keep the area tidy and safe for exercise. Regular upkeep and cleaning make this possible. With expanded hours to suit a range of schedules, everyone may work out whenever it’s convenient for them. The gym creates a friendly environment where students encourage one another to reach their health objectives. In order to support a comprehensive approach to student well-being, the gym offers wellness programs and workshops on nutrition, stress management, and general health in addition to physical workouts.
